Grenfell Community Contact Team

The Community Contact Team is based in the community, for the community, providing help and advice to those who previously received a Key Work Service. The team has now expanded to provide a flexible service to those who have been affected by the Grenfell tragedy.

What can the team help you with?

The Team can provide help with a range of queries or support needs. You might need support settling into your new home or returning home after living in temporary accommodation. Perhaps you need assistance completing complicated forms or accessing your local GP or health services. For those residents who want help finding locally based activities for themselves or their children, the Team can help with this. For matters the Team can’t help with directly, you will be referred to the appropriate contact/service to make sure your needs are met.

Where can I find the Community Contact Team?
The Team will be primarily based at The Curve, 10 Bard Road, W10 6TP between the following hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 8pm
Thursday
from 10am to 5pm
Saturday
from 11am to 4pm

Residents are able to drop into The Curve and speak to the team without having an appointment.

Can I meet the Team outside of The Curve?

If you would prefer to meet somewhere other than The Curve, you can request a meeting at a different location within the community, or just speak to a member of the team on the phone by calling 07970 081429, Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm.
